This is very striking and impressive. I love the movement in the steam against the flat silhouettes of the buildings. One criticism is the movement in the bottom left shading, it's not all one direction, if you wanted to show any direction at all, so it's distracting. What you can do with the graphite sticks is use the side of the lead and work up the depth of black gradually, working at 30 degrees first, then 60, then horizontally. This eliminates any 'lines'. BUT, th way you have used different grades of greys is fantastic.
